“Dia das Bruxas” (Halloween) is the new EP by O Louco. A celebration of Halloween through four intense tracks, one being a cover from Xuxa, where terror reigns supreme. Igor Freitas returns to a heavier, darker sound where rock and metal merge. “31 de Outubro,” played only once at a Halloween show in 2009 and never recorded before, is now released for the first time. Mixed and mastered by Alexandre Santos @ Pressplaymusic (Scar for Life, Cineasta…), this is an EP of monsters and nightmares!
O Louco, Igor Freitas’ alter ego, is the chameleon of Portuguese music.

In 2008, the fantastic “Circo dos Horrores” invaded the country of fantasy and irony, where decadence and dark humor were manifested. This was followed by the irreverent and immoral “Uma Casa de Bonecas,” bringing a new sonic and visual style. After changing his name with the EP “Ao Vivo (ou morto),” he returns with “Fama,” where electronic music and a futuristic visual style represent the underbelly of celebrities. Always taking on theatrical performances intertwined with the concept of each album, O Louco is currently on tour for “Fama.”
Igor Freitas is also a music teacher and the author of several frequently published short stories and poems.
